Skinner is Mulder and Scully's immediate superior. Although he struggles to keep them in line, he's risked his job and even his life to protect them.

Scully's #1 fan (or is it Pendrell?). Photographic and surveillance specialist of The Lone Gunman. Shows up at the hospital when Scully reappears in the hospital [One Breath], and at Scully's house when Mulder is presumed dead [The Blessing Way].

Ringo Langly (Dean Haglund)

Communications expert of The Lone Gunman.

John Fitzgerald Byers (Bruce Harwood)

Military and information systems expert of The Lone Gunman.

'That's why we like you, Mulder. Your ideas are weirder than ours.'
